Our Billboard bags are partially made from recycled billboards. Billboards are made from a heavy duty vinyl covering on top of a durable mesh to withstand the torments of time and weather. We rescue them before they are taken to the landfill and turn them into one-of-a-kind bags. The advertisements on billboards make for very interesting bag designs. After unfolding each billboard (many as large as 800 square feet) each bag is hand-selected by our staff, friends, family and local artists using clear plastic pattern templates. We then clean and “de-wrinkle” them while preserving the unique flavor that comes with months of wear, tear and handling. Check back often as we continually add new bags and designs. |
